The Société royale le cheval de trait Ardennais (UP SRCTA), Professional Union and organiser of the Libramont Fair and other events, and Libramont Exhibition & Congress SA (LEC SA) have adopted a strict privacy policy because we take your privacy very seriously and we process your personal information with care. This privacy policy, concerning the websites belonging to UP SRCTA and LEC SA and the companies associated with UP SRCTA and LEC SA, explains how we process the information of prospects, customers and partners.

This privacy policy is in accordance with the new European GDPR legislation on the processing and protection of personal data and applies to all the personal data obtained by the websites belonging to UP SRCTA and LEC SA.

You can find our contact information at the bottom of this privacy policy. To verify your identity, we ask that you send a copy of your identification card. We highly recommend that you hide your passport photo and your national registration number and mention that it’s a copy.

You can object to the processing of your personal data (or a portion of it) by us or one of our subcontractors and request that we transfer these data directly to you or to a third party of your choosing. We will ask for your identification to respond to this type of request.

UP SRCTA and LEC SA endeavour to protect your personal data as well as possible by applying technical and organisational measures, such as those below:

  • All persons who can access your personal data under the authority of UP SRCTA and LEC SA are obliged to preserve your data’s privacy.
  • We have a username and password policy for all our systems.
  • Personal data are saved to recover from physical or technical incidents.
  • Our employees have been informed of the importance of protecting personal data.

Right to rectification and erasure

As provided for by the legislation on the protection of privacy, you can always modify/erase your data free of charge. You only need to contact us.

To allow us to verify your identity, we ask that you send a copy of your identity card with your passport photo and national registration number hidden, with a mention that it’s a copy. You will also find the option to change your details or unsubscribe from the newsletter at the bottom of each email.
